Welcome to Boys & Girls Town of Missouri’s website. Whether you are a parent seeking help, a referral agency looking for the best treatment for a child, or a supporter interested in helping abused and neglected children, we provide critical services to help children and their families. We do it only with the help of partners and supporters who believe in our programs.

We offer a variety of treatment programs from foster care case management residential care, community outreach and specialized education services for vulnerable children with histories of abuse, neglect, emotional and behavioral behavior disorders psychological problems.

Our treatment programs help children discover their talents and strengths. By reinforcing positive behaviors, we help children improve their self-esteem and develop positive relationships with their peers and families.

In 2009 Boys & Girls Town of Missouri merged with Edgewood Children’s Center, based in St. Louis, to form Great Circle. Last year, we touched the lives of more than 11,400 children and family members from 97 counties in Missouri, including the City of St. Louis, Madison County in Illinois and children from other states.
