“This summer Nicholas was admitted with significant substance abuse issues. He refused to get out of the car and practically had to be carried to the cottage. While here he even went on a hunger strike. Last week I got a phone call from his mother.  She called because she was knew a family whose 10-year-old daughter needed treatment. That's when the mother mentioned who she was.  I asked her how Nicholas was doing and she said that he was doing great!
