Wal-Mart Distribution Employees Volunteer Efforts

St. James, Mo. (Jan. 5, 2006) – Employees at the Wal-Mart DC 69 presented Boys & Girls Town of Missouri with a check, which was made possible through Wal-Mart Distribution’s volunteer effort earlier in the fall. With muscle and determination a newly developed children’s plaza was completed with landscaping thanks to the help of volunteers.  Through Wal-Mart’s volunteer program, employees are able to apply for a grant which can be given to the efforts of the volunteer project.
