Boys & Girls Town of Missouri Names New Trustee Members

Springfield, Mo. (Feb. 14, 2007) – At a recent annual meeting of board members, Boys & Girls Town announced that Mark Conrad and Laura Ward have joined the regional board of trustees for Boys & Girls Town of Missouri’s Southwest Region based in Springfield. Sue Carrol Terry was appointed chair of the regional board of trustees. She follows Bill Reser who served as chair for the past two years. Terry also serves on the statewide board of directors.

Conrad is general manager of T-Mobile. T-Mobile was the presenting sponsor for the organization’s premier gala, Diamond Night.

Ward is director of the Ozarks regional campus at Webster University. She has served as a volunteer with Boys & Girls Town and facilitated collaborative projects.

The Springfield campus of Boys & Girls Town provides treatment for children who are victims of abuse and neglect through a variety of programs including foster care case management, residential treatment, Independent Supported Living and outreach services.
