On the Run at Mobil Dealers Team Up This Holiday
To Collect Toys for Children at Boys & Girls Town of Missouri
Elves On the Run Toy Drive Kicks Off Thanksgiving Weekend
St. Louis, Mo. (Nov. 15, 2007) – On the Run at Mobil dealers in St. Louis and East Central Missouri are joining together to sponsor the “Elves On The Run” toy drive to bring holiday happiness to children who have been abuse or neglected and/or suffer from emotional and behavioral problems and are now in the care of Boys & Girls Town of Missouri. Many children in the care of Boys & Girls Town don’t have family with whom they can spend the holidays and in many cases these will be the only gifts the children receive.
Drop off a new, unwrapped toy at participating On the Run at Mobil stores between Monday, November 19 and December 23, and make the holidays brighter for a child. Donations should be appropriate for children ages 8 through 17. Stuffed animals cannot be used.
Toys and gifts will be collected through December23. Donated items will be used as holiday gifts for children at all Boys & Girls Town of Missouri campuses and also will be used to celebrate children’s birthdays throughout the year.
