Boys & Girls Town of Missouri Honors Jim O’Donnell for Outstanding Service

St. Louis, Mo. (March 20, 2008) – Jim O’Donnell, president and founder, O’Donnell Communications, was honored by Boys & Girls Town of Missouri for his outstanding service to the agency as a member of the statewide board of directors. O’Donnell received the agency’s Chairman’s Award at the recent annual meeting.

O'Donnell
has served on the board of directors since 1998. He has more than 30 years of experience working with a wide range of clients, from major corporations and government entities to smaller not-for-profit agencies. Prior to launching O’Donnell Communications in 1992, Jim spent 15 years as senior vice president for public relations and public affairs for a Fortune 50 corporation. He is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Missouri–St. Louis. 

O’Donnell is retiring in his role on the board of directors and will continue to serve on the St. Louis regional board of trustees.  He spearheaded communications initiatives at Boys & Girls Town, helping enhance visibility.
