Make the Season Bright for a Struggling Child
Boys & Girls Town of Missouri Collecting Holiday Gift Donations

Springfield, Mo. (December 9, 2008) – In response to many ongoing  inquiries on how to help children in the care of Boys & Girls Town of Missouri, the agency is offering suggestions for presents and toys  and ways in which someone can help.
Children at Boys & Girls Town of Missouri struggle with emotional and behavioral problems, often as a result of abuse and neglect.    Many children in the care of Boys & Girls Town don’t have family with whom they can spend the holidays or are not able to be with their families.  In some cases, the toys collected from this drive will be the only gifts a child receives.

You can help make this holiday special for a child at Boys & Girls Town by making a donation of a new, unwrapped toy or gift for a child in the age range of 10 -17.
