VINCENT DAVID JERICHO DONS SANTA HAT FOR KIDS IN NEED AT BOYS & GIRLS TOWN OF MISSOURI

Springfield, Mo. (December 04, 2009) –The Vincent David Jericho Show on KSGF-AM/FM radio is teaming up with Boys & Girls Town of Missouri-Springfield to play Santa Claus for local kids in residential and foster care. The program is launching “Santa’s Angels,” an initiative to bring the people of the Springfield community the opportunity to grant holiday wishes for these children.

Many children in the care of Boys & Girls Town don’t have family with whom they can spend the holidays or live with foster families who cannot afford gifts.  In some cases, the toys collected from this drive will be the only gifts a child receives.

A listing of the kids’ wish lists available for “adoption” can be found on KSGF’s website, www.ksgf.com. Donors can personally choose the list of one or several children to fulfill. Each day during the Vincent David Jericho Show from 6am to 9am, interested donors can call (417) 447-KSGF or e-mail kwilliams@ksgf.com to “adopt” a child’s wish list. Please note that “adopted” lists will be marked on the website. Please do not purchase gifts until a confirmation is received from the staff at KSGF.

Toys and gifts can then be dropped off at the KSGF studios where they will be given to Boys and Girls Town for distribution.
