Boys & Girls Town’s Trivia Night: Biggest to Date

ST. JAMES, MO (April 23, 2010) –More than 300 people joined Boys & Girls Town  as they hosted their 10th annual trivia night on Saturday, April 10, raising more money than any previous trivia night for the kids living  at the St. James campus.  This year’s theme was “Everything I Know, I Learned from Hollywood”, and the event’s volunteer support was provided by the members of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and Chi Omega sorority at the University of Missouri-Rolla.

“We are truly blown away by the generosity of this community,” said Dale Martin, director of advancement at Boys & Girls Town. “The support they provide our kids at Boys & Girls Town is second to none.”

The evening’s VIP Sponsors included McDonalds St. James-Rolla, Fairground Auto Plaza, Coverdell Glass & Mirror, MO SCI and Ameriserve. St. James Winery donated a bottle of wine to anyone that went $10above value on auction items, which helped to boost funds raised by the silent auction above goal for the event.
